Once your permission is granted arrange and attend all repairs and renovations through our team of experienced contractors and tradesmen under continuous COG personnel supervision. Repairman will only be granted entry to your property when accompanied by COG staff. In the event of an emergency City of Gold will make all necessary arrangements to secure your property.
- Assist in furnishing your property as cost effectively as possible.
- Prior to your arrival COG Apartments will thoroughly clean your apartment and stock your fridge with your personal requests. Throughout your stay a representative will be available 24 hours a day to assist with dining reservations, cleaning and transportation.
